Friday the 13th! oooooooh.
We ran from Drew's house to find the gravel path was quite good. After the 1st mile, we averaged 6:30. Not what I typically call ideal if we're doing a long run tomorrow, but my legs felt great. My breathing felt like it was on the verge of overdoing it, but I didn't.
