Notes
Headed out in a slight rain but things quickly got out of control. The rain picked up (was soaked within minutes), lightning arrived (very much overhead), and there was flash flooding (literal streams passing over the roads). So basically this run was a whole lot of fun and adrenaline. I picked up Hazard 2 miles in and we headed downtown to shock some cars. More of the same here other than a grate that turned into a veritable whirlpool. Soon the rains lessened and we returned wet and tired.
I finished with some hill sprints since I was feeling good - though today probably should have either been easier or gone longer.
