Notes
Started off feeling crappy like I was doing a brick workout (I guess it wasn't too much more than 2 hours since the bike, felt longer). Met up with Rachel and she wasn't feeling too good either so it was a very reasonably paced run. It felt like I was turning in early but I guess I was already over an hour so I added on some to get 12. Picked up the pace towards the end but also started to feel a strained back.
