Even with the colder weather and taking it easy, I'm surprised it's been 2 weeks since I last biked (though time does seem to hardly exist these days). I took off feeling good, I just needed to put on an extra layer 1 mile in.
My goal was to continue my streak of going longer than my previous ride. I was happy to reach my furthest spot without much effort. After that, I made my goal to get to Sheldahl. Though that would, of course, be longer than anticipated (10 miles). So I'd end up with 20, a bit more than my 13 two weeks ago. And I felt it. Maybe more mentally tired and not wanting my legs to strain at all than my legs being tired.
