With my runs trending earlier in the AM lately, I hit the yearly "I've arrived at the trailhead and it is still dark out" point a bit early this year. And while it wasn't technically sunrise yet, I still had plenty of light to run, though it won't be long before a headlamp is advisable. Today was a good day, even with my hamstring still nagging me. My achilles pain is also back after a hiatus last week when I wasn't running hard or very much.
