Jumped on a track to see if I wanted to race this week. It was windy and everything felt fast. After feeling fast, everything felt hard. Didn't really have any workout in mind, started with 800 in 2:40 (what I wanted), then 400 in 68 (faster than planned) to make other paces feel easier. Next tried a 1200 in 3:50 (didn't feel good). Was hoping to do more but wasn't feeling it and didn't want to wait, hoping to feel better like last week. So I finished up with a couple sprints to make me feel fast.
