Considered not running this afternoon for healing purposes. Considered it some more after I was disheartened by seeing I was only at 50 miles so far this week (60 now, that feels better). Reconsidered since it was above 30 degrees this afternoon and I had some Olive Garden calories to burn. Also thought I could find grass, which I did; some gravel too. Was only planning on 9, but was going slow enough that more time passed than I thought, so added on to get a few minutes more than 70 minutes.
