Notes
Another cold one (though I always feel bad writing that whenever I read of Pollux's runs in Bemidji). Took about 1/2 the run before I started feeling good; glad that I still haven't had a bad run in awhile. Today was another easy fartlek, about 15min worth. The snow/ice really dictated my pace, and I never held a pace longer than a 100m or so, but ended up feeling alright about it.
1st run since early November without much of any facial hair (back when a cold day was 40degrees). I was surprised it didn't matter much, probably because it wasn't very windy. Then again, all I've had the last few weeks is a mustache, which is considerably less protection than a full beard.
