Alright, starting the week off strong. 4mile warm-up to the big hill, which used to be a regular workout of mine. 1mile to the top (almost a constant incline, 1 small dip past halfway. 3 times up, 6:15, 6:00, 5:50. 3miles back home.

The first one up was casual, just making sure it felt alright. 2nd time, I closed a bit harder. 3rd, I went hard from the start but only bettered my prior rep by 10sec.

Each went about the same: steep start, then getting comfortable again for the gentler rise. The slight flat section got my legs rolling fast for the final uphill.

Good stuff, who knows if this was fast or not as I couldn't find any details in RA of past workouts here.
