Notes
A few inches of snow overnight and I gave Ames plenty of time to see how well they plow their sidewalks. Seems good so far, maybe too early as some stretches were clearly plowed before getting more snow blown onto it.
Not a good run for me as my stomach was a bit upset. Nothing terrible but enough to move my shorter weekend run to today. I did still do 5 strides that felt good.
