Notes
Left hamstring was very sore last night, hard to even roll it. And my choice of routes didn't help me take it easy. I decided to venture over to Grey's Lake to see all the fair-weather/non-winter runners and walkers on the warm 55degree day (I understand the irony that I also would appear as a fair-weather runner as I rarely run to Grey's Lake anymore).
Indeed, there were quite a few people to run by, and that got me running fast, but at least it felt fun and easy. I did keep chasing people after I left Grey's Lake, so maybe if I hadn't done that then my hamstring would have felt better afterwards, or maybe it didn't matter.
