May be pushing myself a bit much. 28 miles in 3 days right now. I've been feeling good before the run but my right foot isn't too happy afterwards. Anyway, wanted a workout with a variety of paces but nothing too fast. Did a 2 x (6min@marathon, 5min@1/2marathon, 4min@10k, 3min@8k, 2min@5k, 1min@3k). I think I've done this before, at Central Track meet with Drew. Started out pretty easy but 10k and faster was hard, especially when I jumped on some twisty trails/prairie to run on. Wasn't sure if I'd do much of the next set, but ended up feeling much better. The faster paces felt strong instead of just fast.
