Maybe not feeling a workout, but was thinking that having company would help out. It did go better than the 2 past workouts, I was just hoping that last week's race might have triggered a jump in fitness. 2 miles tempo, slow. 2 800's @ 5k maybe. Then 2 ~45sec hill sprints.
I was done in by the last hill sprint. But maybe this time it was just tired legs from a solid week of work. Though it did feel a bit too similar to my breathing problems.
