Notes

I'd say that I crashed and burned on this run but I never really got going in the first place. The first 2 miles felt fine though I could sense a lack of willingness in my legs. Once we hit the too-soft trail, though, it just sapped all my energy. I held us back the rest of the run but never regained form.
