UNI Track

Notes

Thought I'd do an easy shakeout workout before the temps plummet. Ran to the UNI track which took longer than anticipated (3.5 miles). Once there, did 4 laps of 100m stride, 100m rest. Very easy, though form did not feel good on the faster portions. Still, got to start somewhere.
