Rebel got into town around noon and we joined Drew and Helix for a run after work. After some back-and-forth looking for Helix (he met us along the road), we got going on the bike path on this cold and windy day (definitely didn't bring the right clothes to Cedar Rapids, but made do. Felt good other than cold, good run.
