Notes

Warmup- 1 mile early (7am) before biking 3miles slowly to start. Then 2 mile warmup with a lot of clothes on (from biking) and never really got loose until I stripped down and did strides right before the start.

Cooldown- 3 pretty slow miles with a group of guys.
