Another run-meet with Drew between our locations. Drew nixed a workout and I nixed a long run. In any case, neither of us felt good. Nevertheless, we started with a 6:48 and that would be our slowest mile. We were able to go south on the bike path for the first time and it is certainly the better direction: more miles, more scenery, more soft surfaces. I started to feel better when we were turned around at trail-end.
