Notes
Not really the better day to run. Still colder, and an unexpected amount of snow. Yesterday may have been colder, but it was also sunny and not very windy.
Helix, Drew, and I made due. The snow was fun to run in but slow. The snow just stuck to my face. Helix requested an early turn-around, and I supported it. My stomach was feeling weird and it seemed like I was needing to spit excessively. Whatever all that means.
