Super slow today, it's cold and I'm old (my joints are stiff). I was surprised how much colder I felt than yesterday morning. And I just woke up; Morning run since I needed to hit the road.
Cut it a mile short due to my slowness.
Cut out the hill sprints due to my fragility.
