Notes
If yesterday was windy, then today was, well, slightly more windy. I decided to hide in the trails, and it wasn't too bad, mostly rough ice so I only slipped a few times. 3 miles of that and I was ready to get off though. After running flat-footed on ice and then turning into the wind, it took me awhile to get a normal stride again. Solid run, got some form drills in afterwards.
