Notes

I wasn't sure about a workout today, but felt surprisingly well going out the door. There was a nice layer of fresh snow, which I typically enjoy, although it wasn't thick enough to cover all the ice unfortunately. Another hill workout was in order, and it went really well. Considered doing 5x but stopped at 4 knowing it's been a difficult week for my body. Good idea too since I ended up pretty sore around the groin that night.

P.S. For those of you who might be questioning/wondering about my training, I'm following a plan I found online and hoping a structured plan will give some results. It's at least nice to have a plan everyday and not just making it up as I go along. Now if only I could add in some decent mileage.
