Even larger group this morning. Started off modest but one guy has decided that to get faster he needs to run everyday faster (just like the fast guys). I didn't have a problem with the pace but I don't like the idea of forcing every run to be a certain pace or effort. Still, it will probably be good for me, and I'm betting he'll crack before I do.
