Wanted a confidence-booster, which basically means a semi-fast distance day. Ran over an hour which I haven't done in awhile. Slightly worried I overdid it though with plenty of muscles noticeably not 100%.

And before Drew chimes in that I'm being pessimistic or down-trodden about All-American, I do have a goal now: PR.

That sounds like a good goal.

I'm actually going to chime in about your semi-fast distance day instead because 10 minutes mile pace doesn't seem like it should be semi-fast for you.

Also, since you are typically the PR-knowing guy. What is my PR for 4 miles?

That might be my only pr for a frequently-raced race that I didn't have memerized. I did look it up yesterday though.
