Drew and I eventually got around to this Sunday run (typical Sunday). I wasn't feeling great during the morning (and not because of drinking) and remained generally fatigued and out of it on the run. We tried the trail and it wasn't terrible. The sloppy sections helped me keep 3 of our miles above 7min.
I'm undecided if I should feel happy or disappointed with this week: not a great amount of miles, but had 1 good workout and 1 good long run, what more can you ask?
