Notes
Another late run after driving all day. I waited an hour after arriving before running (laid down, moved around), so I didn't feel too stiff. It was also a high of 99 today, though some recent rain quelled that. I mostly just kept it easy, ran on some gravel bike paths with a few random trails.
I did have a headache during parts of the run. Hopefully, that was more due to hydration than a measly 5000ft of altitude.
