Notes
After a day filled with watching the Tour and Euro Cup, I had just enough time to get a run in before Track started (didn't even have time to watch Wimbledon, geez!).
The fast pace was clearly still in my legs as I started faster than usual and picked up the pace in the 2nd mile. However, the effort started to get to me and I made sure to slow down before this just turned into a near-tempo run.
70 miles for the week, so 1/4th of July has gone as planned. Recovery week coming up before 2 bigger weeks.
