Running's been going downhill for a bit but I figured I could at least do a long run. I started off pretty lazily but got a lot of hills in. I was borrowing my sister's GPS watch which was interesting. Since it beeped every mile, I was annoyed early on of the notifications, though it wasn't so bad knowing I was ticking off the miles. It also confirmed I do stay pretty close to 7min pace, probably a bit under most of the time and then slowed by hills and the many snowy/unplowed sections. Got onto some gravel next - always a good time - and started cruising around 6:30 pace. Back in town for the last 2 miles, picking up the pace still, and finished feeling good. Have to admit I enjoyed the GPS watch, but I've always figured they would be great to have when I'm feeling good (so much data!) but would suck to have on days I'm not (when I'd have to admit I wasn't going 7min pace).
