Notes

WU: 2 miles on the usual 35min schedule. Had some ups and downs. The tempo and strides felt great but really didn't feel much different than last week. Mostly kept to the sidewalk but did make a quick trip to the start line to make sure the women started at 5 and not the men :)

CD: 1 mile barefoot and gave the last-place guy some directions (hope they worked). Then put some shoes on and left the park. I didn't get too far though as I didn't start my watch and returned to my car. That ruined my motivation to get some miles but also likely a good idea to hold back.
