Notes

Another day I couldn't get into the UNI Dome, so I enlisted one of Steve's classic workouts: 2,4,1,4,2 min w/ 1/2 rest @ 5k,10k,3k,10k,5k pace. 1st 2 pieces didn't feel that great and my hamstrings were acting up. Settled in for the last 2 feeling decent.
