Pretty cold out there, but it was sunny and windy too so lots of variation in temps. Legs felt pretty good at the start so decided to do a workout. Did the 30-30 workout I was thinking about doing last week. 14 x 30sec at mile with 30sec rest. Wasn't sure how many I was going to do but also didn't want to overdo it. Settled on doing 15 but right before the last one I twisted my ankle when my foot landed on half sidewalk half grass under the snow. Had to stop for a minute before continuing but it felt fine for the last mile until I was home. Starting to feel it now and hoping it's not completely swollen tomorrow.
