Notes
WU: Woke up a bit earlier than in past years, but I got enough sleep after going to bed early. I felt much better than yesterday and wasn't concerned about getting anything to eat. The mile walk to the start is also always a good way to gradually wake up. 2 miles broken up a few times by stopping at the tent, going to the bathroom, and losing the sweats (it was actually cool this year!).
CD: 2 miles with Rob Semelroth (a Des Moines runner new to the team, though I had worked with him briefly and seen at races). Then later joined by Cory. Crazy to not sweat through my shirt on the cool down.
