7min pace for 7 miles at 7AM in 7(0) degree weather, BAM!
OK, none of that is exactly right but pretty close. We skipped a nice running day yesterday to run on this 99degree day. Thankfully Drew was supportive of a morning run and it wasn't too bad. Actually quite a few people out and about this morning.
Neither of us felt great, but I don't think that would have changed later in the day.
