UNI Track

Notes

Not really much of a workout, just went down to the UNI track, put on my spikes, and tried to run fast. Started off to see how slow I was, ran two 400's, 71sec & 69sec. Then did some steeple work, hurdling and faux water jumps. Finished off with another 400 (67sec) and a stride.
