Notes

I didn't improve the whole run like on Tuesday, but still a solid day. It was also a return to dreary and windy winter. But it's not icy or even below freezing so who's complaining?

I planned on 8 miles and got it. Maybe I should create and follow a training plan once again? I don't think I have since my good year in 2016 (not saying there's a correlation, just that 2017 had several injuries and a lack of consistent training location).
