Notes

I screwed this up. I was obviously tired and dehydrated after the run but didn't think it was that bad (or at least not different than Tuesday). The difference was that I had Gatorade and some food after Tuesday run, today I only had water. I should have stopped at a gas station but Adam was waiting at the wall and I rushed myself foolishly.

So climbing felt exhausting and I was still chugging water a lot. Nevertheless, I climbed alright as I did a crimping slab 5.10 and even climbed a 5.10c that I and Adam had failed before (Adam was having his own issues today). Still, both Adam and I called it a day pretty early.

The drive home was rough; it felt like an effort to focus the whole time and finally just stopped at a gas station to get refreshments.
