I'm not going to write an entry for the canoe part. It was long and I paddled a lot and now my back hates me... It was a good time.
I timed my bike with the bike computer, so the time started when I started running with it until I left my bike before running. Legs were already tired from the canoe, but got up the first 2 hills fine. Soon I was all by myself, tired, and not at all motivated to work up the hill with 10 miles to go. I slacked for a few miles until I got to the big downhill where I got my speed up and then coasted. Found some people to pass and the last 6 miles or so were much better.
