Notes

Read an article and decided to take out the insoles of my running shoes. Claim was it lowered your foot to the ground and didn't force your foot to land a certain way, instead it allowed more of a natural footfall. Since I've long tied my shoes loosely so my foot was free to move around in my shoe, this wasn't much of a stretch for me. At first it felt harder, less cushioned, but by the end I didn't notice it anymore. I think I'll just try it out with my trail shoes for now and see if I want to continue it. Otherwise run felt great, of course it was just 4 miles the morning after a long run.
