Nothing like routine to get you back in the swing of things. Ran at my usual time, down the same paths and same trails and felt great (probably didn't hurt I was well-rested). On the other hand, I probably should have gone shorter and taken the trails easier as my legs have some pains and sorenesses, maybe one that's concerning. Oh well, I guess I'll run again and forget about it.
