I was looking to double and get a good start to the week, but still a bit disappointed I didn't go longer. My soccer match was cancelled tonight which you would think that means I have more energy to run, but I think I just got lazier. The weather was still cooler and I took it easy, though not nearly as slow as last time I ran alone on the CV Nature Trail.
