Notes

I decided to go for the double. Mostly because I was feeling fresh still and achilles felt fine, but I'm also debating moving my long run to next week. We'll see, doesn't hurt to do more right?

6 hills. The first 2 were cautious and slow as I was concerned with my stomach after poor eating between runs. The 3rd one had me racing a bike across the street. Then I didn't get that fast again until the last one.
