Somewhat of an inverse of yesterday. Today I wasn't sure about a workout but it ended up going well.
I went out to Saylorville on this nice day and started with a ~mile of tempo. That seemed to go alright, not great, not bad.
Next up was 4 pretty short hill sprints, around <25sec each. So that got my legs moving.
Then 4 quarter-mile repeats. I figured I should ease into intervals so I ran a quarter-mile back to the start for recovery. These went surprisingly well as I was just over 80sec on each one. And that's without flats or even the DS Trainers.
Finished with 1 last 45sec hill sprint before heading home feeling stronger than when I started.
