Notes

WU: Group did 3 miles, pretty slow pace so I was feeling good, tempo piece didn't feel so good and strides felt exhausting.

CD: Large group that slowly dwindled. Hickory Ridge was fun but took a lot of effort (to go up and down). Finished with Pollux and Demo and did ~2 miles barefoot that felt good.
