It's rarely a great idea to run right after climbing, but today I was more worried than normal. My back was sore from deadlifting yesterday and then I landed poorly while bouldering to make it worse. But as I contemplated it and passed over a few options on my way home, I came to Sycamore and that seemed like a good option. I would just have to save my barefoot plans for tomorrow.
I only went 4ish but actually got on some relatively new stuff since half of Sycamore has been underwater for months. I went damn easy and enjoyed that. Finished with 6 strides that also felt good.
