Interesting footing today; since it snowed recently but was also warm out, I was either running on 3" of snow or clean cement. I went through UNI to head west to the gravel, which ended up taking longer than last week. So I ran on the shoulder of a road for awhile which my calves started protesting. Since I went into the wind for most of the 1st half, I slowly started picking it up after halfway and felt alright. Frankly I'm not really sure what happened during this run but I'm glad it's over.
Decent week of mileage, even with the weather and other things not being optimal. But I think I need an easier week soon/now. I'm glad to be done with the hill workouts, but that just means I'm moving on to flat repetitions.
