Trying to get back on schedule, so long run monday. Drew joined me for the first 4 miles, so those went by fast and I also ran fairly fast. After he left I started running straight into the wind for awhile so I slowed down. Once I started back towards Brandon, I picked up the pace with the wind at my back, mixing in some strides on the way back.
Good run, though I wonder if I'm putting too much emphasis on the long run in my training since I am always ready to go for the long run on Monday, but then feel not so fresh for the workouts.
