Damn, my training plan is unforgiving (that was sarcasm). Grabbed Katie for 7 miles, finding some new trails but they took us back the way we came so not quite the route I'd planned. Added on a few more miles on my own and enjoyed picking up the pace and found some hills to work my legs a bit. Finished with shooting some hoops - of which the rim was also unforgiving.
