Feeling lame after a day off. Lots of food this weekend and only a few hours since I last ate, but I thought this was my only chance to run. I almost turned around at 2 miles as my stride was overtaxing, but decided to keep going to reach a bathroom. Things started to feel better going downhill before the pit stop, and then kept feeling better afterwards for an overly decent run (which is typical for Ankeny runs).
Not the week I was hoping for, but you can't predict these types of injuries. This next week is supposed to be the higher mileage week anyway.
