This was a 25min fartlek hill workout, basically I ran in a hilly neighborhood and did most uphills hard (and some downhills).

The warm-up was slow (even considering the hilly route), and I had trouble finding a bathroom. The actual workout wasn't much better, but I got a fair amount of faster pace in without killing myself.
