Set out on my own to see how I felt as I wandered downtown running in as many shadows as possible. The humidity got to me (or reminded me of just being tired) and I decided I would just do strides at the end instead of any structured workout. Hazard joined around 4 miles and we looped Drake. Finished with 8 strides, the last 4 felt great so I started making each one longer and with less rest.
